We are not self-proclaimed sustainability gurus. But we do make daily choices that are better for people, brands, and the environment. For us, sustainable stand construction is about small, consistent steps that truly make a difference.

What sustainable stand construction means to us

1. We don't throw anything away

Our basis is modular, which means: everything lasts a long time. Frames, floors, plinths, light walls, and constructions are used dozens of times. After each exhibition, we carefully inspect everything, clean it, and repair it where necessary. And if something really runs out, it will be

recycled (e.g., aluminum and wood);
reused (e.g., wood or panels);
or creatively repurposed (e.g., old printed fabrics are made into bags or accessories with the help of Van Hulley)

If a part reaches the end of its lifespan, it gets a new life: materials such as aluminum and wood are recycled, parts that are still suitable are reused, and some elements are creatively repurposed. For example, we turn old printed fabrics into bags and accessories, in collaboration with Van Hulley.

2. Minimal waste streams

Stand construction is known for large piles of waste. With us, that's different.

We ensure that materials:

Are only replaced if absolutely necessary
Are carefully disassembled
Are returned separately in the correct chain
Are maximally utilized in subsequent projects

One of the best examples is the reuse of printed fabrics. Instead of throwing them away, we have them processed into, for example, bags, cases, or accessories. This happens through a social workshop where people with a distance to the labor market work. An extra good reason to do it.

3. Smart design = less material

Our designers think in terms of peace, routing, sightlines, and efficiency.

And that has a sustainable advantage:

Less superfluous materials
Less waste
Stands that are aesthetic and functional

A good design is sustainable in a way you might not immediately see, but you do feel.

4. Sustainable materials & finishes

We consciously choose materials and working methods that retain their value for a long time. Specifically, this means:

Water-based paints instead of chemical variants
LED lighting as standard
Aluminum systems that last for decades
Parts that are easy to repair or repaint
No one-off 'disposable' solutions

Nothing revolutionary, but extremely effective within sustainable stand construction.

5. Trees for All

With every square meter of stand we build, we donate to Trees for All. Clients receive a certificate after an exhibition, so they know exactly how much impact their project has made. It's a simple way to give something back together, and that feels good. Sustainable stand construction in development We are continuously looking for new materials and circular solutions. Some fit perfectly, others not yet, and that's okay. We continue to learn, test, and improve.
